Description

Vibgyor High School, Malad (East), Mumbai is a Co-educational, English Medium, Secondary School. It is located on a western express road in Mumbai and is one of the later members of the 17-School Vibgyor High Chain. It was founded in 2011 and is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi.

The school offers education from Kindergarten to the High school and provides a nurtured, attentive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages students to develop themselves and think critically progressively. To maximize learning, it maintains a 1:10 teacher / student ratio and is proud of its excellent teaching approach. 

Vibgyor High School campus covers 2435.40 square meters and consists of sixty-six classrooms furnished with ICT teaching facilities, well-equipped scientific research laboratories (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics), a computer laboratory with internet facilities, separate musical and dance areas, children's playgrounds and children's playrooms. A large selection of books, magazines, newspapers, and journals are available in the school library.

In Vibgyor High School, Malad, the curriculum blends with academics, arts, self-awareness, communication, and physical education. It embraces learner-centred pedagogy based on the Theory of Multiple Intelligence of Doctor Howard Gardner. The school encourages students to take part in a variety of events including athletics, basketball, football, handball, cricket, judo, skating, and gymnastics, music, dance, speech and play, swimming , etc. The school also offers daycare for working mothers.
