Trio World Academy, Bengaluru

Trio World Academy, established in 2007 in Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore, India, is an international day and residential, boarding school. It offers the IB Primary Year Program, Cambridge International examinations and IB diploma program and ICSE, in a separate academic block. 

The school offers a weekly & yearly Boarding facility for Boys. They are managed by the TRIO-Vidyakkendra Private Ltd., which is a subsidiary company of MCN group.  The institution exercises a differential learning programme incorporating individual lesson plans for students. A balance report is created for every child at the beginning of the academic year. The students are divided into three groups based on their levels, and the teachers teach the main content, after which they move on from group to group and cater to differing abilities. Theatre programs are there to introduce, teach, recap and assess lessons.

The school represents its students from over 28 countries. They believe in cultural diversity and celebrates Hindi Diwas, Halloween, Christmas, Peace Day, World Environment Day, Holi, Diwali, Women's Day, International Yoga Day, DEAR (Drop Everything & Read) and International Francophonie Day each year.

The school has also invited Professor and Director of National Museum of Natural History Paris, Gilles Boeuf. He talked about the importance of biodiversity and oceans. They also conducted an annual science, entrepreneurship & maths week. The Kabir project was an initiative taken by primary and middle school students of the academy. It explored how his poetry connects with ideas of cultural identity, religion, secularism, nationalism, love and impermanence. Thes initiative was to familiarise them with one of the most influential poets of the 15th century and spark their interest in literature.

The school has a TEDEd club which has ties to Alliance française de Bangalore, FCB Barca Academy and Royal Society of Chemistry, London. It offers over $50,000 worth academic and sports scholarship every year to the students.

• There will be a written test of English and Maths for the students seeking admission.
• Students seeking admission for High School will be guided on the course selection by our CIE/IB DP coordinator.
• Parents and student are required to meet the Head of School after the admission procedures are over.
• Admission is completed after the registration process. These are subject to seats available in the respective grades.

Note: A campus visit is recommended, followed with a collaborative discussion with the admissions officer.

Note: Registrations are done from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm.
