Prerna International School was established in 2006 and relocated to Vihirgaon, Umrer Road, and Nagpur in 2009. Prerna Public School is among the top day schools in Nagpur. It has premises with 20 acres of land. It is an English Medium, Co-Educational day school affiliated to CBSE. The school is run by 'The Prerna Group.' Dr.S. C. Gulhane, the secretary of 'Prerna Group,' is a renowned Professor of Accountancy in Vidarbha, striving hard to develop the Prerna Group of Institutions.

Visualizing the present & future, the school provides an E-learning classroom, well-equipped laboratories, computer lab, playground, Science lab, activity room, music room, etc. Once a week, students are engaged in extra-curricular activities likes games, group songs, elocution, sports, etc. Every student gets an opportunity to participate in these events.
