The Centre Point School (CPS), Katol Road, Nagpur is one of the three branches that were established by Mrs Aruna Upadhyaya in the year 1988. It is an English-medium, co-educational, senior secondary school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Mrs Shilpee Ganguly is the current Principal of CPS, Katol Road.

The school follows the CBSE guidelines, and the assessments are based on continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) via various formal and informal techniques. The faculty is competent and well-experienced. Every classroom (total 72) in CPS is technology-laced, complete with projectors, computers, voice-system, and software, such as e-Pathshala and Textbooks. Laboratories for various subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics and also for Hindi. There is a well-stocked library, for the junior and the senior wing.

The safety and security of the students is a vital concern of the school. CCTV cameras (total 173) are installed in all the classrooms and other essential places. Professional guards are hired to ensure that no intruder can enter the school campus. The staff and students are frequently trained for disaster management techniques. A bus in charge is allotted to every school bus, to ensure that the student's commute is safe and hassle-free.

The school houses a canteen in which fresh and hygienic food is sold at affordable costs; the canteen sells no aerated drinks. The school also has a medical facility, referred to as a sick room; a nurse is present at all times during school hours. 

The school houses a large auditorium, in which various extracurricular activities and cultural events are organized, in which students get a chance to showcase their talent in the field of singing, dancing, elocution, symposiums/debates etc. The school has a swimming pool, a skating rink, a cricket pitch, tables for table tennis, a badminton court, basketball courts etc. The school has also hired full-time specialized coaches to guide the students in various sports.
