Term Dates

The academic session for the year 2021-2022 at Kairos International School commences from for all Grades in the third week of March, 2021.

School Timings

Nursery to PP2: 8.30 a.m. – 12.15 p.m.

Grade 1st to 8th: 8.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.

Fee Details

Registration Fee (Non Refundable) INR 1,000/-. At the time of admission (One time)

Caution Deposit (Refundable) INR 5,000/-. At the time of admission (One time)

Fee to be paid for all grades: Term fees, payable thrice a year; before the beginning of each term.

• The Registration Fee Non - Refundable payment will be charged for all the grades at the time of admission.
• Annual Fee is payable every year at the beginning of academic session towards school essentials and would not include Books, Stationery and Uniform.
• Caution Deposit will be refunded only at the time of leaving school and only after the student completes at least one academic session with the school.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded.
• Sibling Discount of 50% off on Caution Deposit for the 2nd Child & 5% off on term fees for the 2nd child only.

Admissions open for the Academic year 2021–2022 from Nursery to Grade VIII.

To proceed with the admission, please fill out the Kairos International School Application Form for admission (online or hard copy) and submit the following to the Admissions-in-charge at the school.

Documents Required

1. One certified true copy each of School Reports for the last year (Wherever applicable). This is for record purpose only and will not affect a child’s admission.
2. School Leaving / Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
3. Bonafide Certificate from the previous school.
4. One certified true copy of child’s Birth Certificate and Aadhaar card.
5. The application for admission should be completed in its entirety for the smooth functioning of the admission process.
6. Five passport size photographs (Student, Father & Mother).
7. Photocopy of caste certificate is required.

Age Eligibility

For admission to Kairos International School, we expect the child’s date of birth to be according to what is mentioned below.

Registration will be open to all on a first come–first serve basis provided the criteria mentioned above are met. If no seats are available at the time of receipt of the application, it will be placed on a wait list.

You will receive a communication from Kairos International School giving the date and time of the Entrance test / Interactive session with school authorities.

Admission will be granted on the basis of the outcome/results of the Entrance test / Interactive session and availability of seats.

Admission will be confirmed on submission of the necessary documents and receipt of the stipulated fees.
