Description

Dr H Sen founded Tagore International School (TIS), situated at East of Kailash in New Delhi, in 1964. TIS is a co-ed day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school offers educational provisions from nursery to class 12. 

The school campus includes spacious infrastructure to provide students with a safe and engaging space. The infrastructure consists of well-lit airy classrooms, well-equipped computer lab, Physics lab, Mathematics lab, Social Science lab and Multipurpose lab. TIS also has separate air-conditioned libraries at senior and junior sections, stocked with books on various subjects. Additionally, the school hosts activity rooms for vocal music, dance, art and craft, kitchen as well as an air-conditioned auditorium.

TIS East of Kailash offers various activities and events every academic year - Labour Day celebration, Book Week, Leadership camps and inter-school competitions.

  • Age criteria to apply for admission into Pre-School - born between 1 April 2016 and 31 March 2017

Admission Procedure for Pre-School:

  • After the registration forms are issued only online, the completed forms have to be submitted after thorough verification in the school office.
  • The details of the registered candidates will be then uploaded online.
  • A list of candidates will be displayed for the lottery in case of a tie based on point system mentioned above.
  • After the lottery is conducted, the first list of selected candidates, as well as the waiting list, will be displayed.
  • A second list shall be released of the selected candidates from the Waitlist.
  • The admission process will be closed after the payment has been completed for all candidates.

DETAILS FOR ADMISSION (GENERAL CATEGORY) INTO KG - CLASS 11:

The criteria and procedure for admission into classes from KG to 11th is the same as admission into Pre-School but guarantee admission from KG - Class 11 is subject to vacancy.
