Smt. Lilavatibai Podar High School (LPHS), situated at Santacruz, Mumbai was established in 1972 by Shri Ganesh Narayan Podar. It is an English medium co-ed day school. It is registered under the Maharashtra government and is affiliated with Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. Lilavatibai Podar offers classes from pre-primary to Class 12 ISC. It is a private, unaided and independent school. LPHS is part of the Podar Education Complex. The principal for the school is Mrs Sheila Alexander, assisted by the Senior headmaster, Mr Zaheer Sareea.

Lilavatibai Podar School has a sprawling campus which comprises of a single five-floored main building, Ramniranjan Podar Hall along with a playground well-equipped with modern sporting equipment, basketball courts, cricket nets, long jump pits, table tennis halls and an expansive football ground.
