• Maharishi school of excellence was founded in the year 1999 by his holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, located at Thiruverkadu in Chennai. It has an affiliation to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
• It is a co-educational school run by Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan and has classes from grade 1 to grade 12.

Admission procedure

• Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis for nursery. 
• For other classes, the admission will be based on seat availability and first-come, first-served basis. 
• For class, 1 to 12 selection, admission will be based on verbal/written test and interview. 
• The registration for the academic year 2020-2021 can be held from December 2020. 
• The minimum age for students for admission to the nursery would be 3+ years as on 1st April during the year of admission.
