For imparting practical knowledge to the students, the school management has developed state-of-the-art subject laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computers etc. The school has a spacious and well-stocked library with a wide array of books.

Students at JGS are actively encouraged to take part in Extra-curricular activities. There are four houses (all are named after satellites)- Aryabhatta, Bhaskara, Insat and Rohini. Students compete in various activities throughout the year in inter-house competitions, where they get a chance to showcase their aptitude and expertise in the field of singing, dancing, elocution, debates, symposiums, declamation etc.

Physical activity and sports are essential in boosting a child's confidence.
