Description

The Gregorian Public School at Kochi was established in 1998 by HG Bishop Joseph Mor Gregorios. The All-Girls school is managed by St. Gregorios Charitable Trust the school. Affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Gregorian Public School is built upon nurturing the fullest potential of the students. It also aims at teaching various ideals of life through a value-based education that is visionary and easily reproachable.

Admission Criteria

Guidelines for Admission at Gregorian Public School, Kerela:

  • Parents or guardians must understand that they cannot overrule any decision made by the Management.
  • Management has all the rights to draw the conditions according to which they will admit the pupils into the school.
  • New admissions are subject to vacancies. No other correspondence will be entertained regarding the admissions.
  • The required age for admissions is as per the Govt. rules.
  • The parent/guardian have to complete the admission form after which he/she will be responsible for the conduct and fees of their ward.
  • Those newly admitted into the school should bring these documents - Transfer Certificate as well as Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality. Note: No admission will statued complete until the documents are handed over to the Management.
  • The pupil will be examined according to the class immediately below that to which the students' seek admission. The decision taken by the Principal regarding the results entrance examination will be final.
  • Notice of withdrawal of the application should be provided one month in advance. If not, the fee for the following term will be charged.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after complete payment of all dues.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after ten days of the date of application.
  • Students who fail consecutively in the same class, at least twice, will be dismissed from the school.
  • Only homemade food is allowed in students' lunchbox. All forms of junk foods are banned on the school campus.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued to students whose progress is unsatisfactory. The parents will be provided with prior notice for the same.
