DPS, Sector 45, Gurgaon is the best star within the galaxy of DPS schools, inaugurated on April 29th 2002 by Mr Salman Khurshid, President of DPSS and Mr Narendra Kumar, Chairman of DPSS. It has an affiliation to CBSE and provides quality education to the scholars from class Nursery to 12. The institute is primarily meant to cater to the needs of the educational aspirants of the student and parents living in Gurgaon.

Delhi Public School, Sector 45, Gurgaon is instituted in the memory of Smt. Mala Jaipuria. She spread useful based education in the country. The vision to commemorate her memory through a sequence of excellent schools was of Mr Ravi Jaipuria. He is a well-known industrialist, educationist and public servant. His wife, Mrs Dhara Jaipuria, also committed to spreading quality education. DPS offers world-class education with the help of modern equipment and updated teaching methodology. 

The school allows admission from pre-nursery to XII. Registration of pre-nursery and nursery (2021-22) is closed. Transfer cases can write a mail to the Principal at [email protected].

Age criteria

• Pre-Nursery: The child should be 3+ years by 30th September of the academic year he/she is seeking admission.
• Nursery: The child should be 4+ years by 30th September of the academic year he/she is seeking admission.
• Class Prep - The child should be 5+ years as, on 30th September of the session, the admission the child is seeking.
• Class 1 - 6+ years as on 30th September of the session, the admission is sought.
• Class 2 - 7+ years as on 30th September of the session the admission.
• And, so on for the rest of the classes.

Following documents have to be submitted:-

• Transfer Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of residence(Gurgaon residents)
• The parent can provide the proof of residence before the child joins the class that is in case of Transfer Cases.
• The school will not grant any new admission after 31st August.
• Where ever applicable admission test will be conducted, which will be general and age-appropriate.
