DAV Public School, Delhi

Established in 1989 under the DAV College Managing Committee, The DAV Public School, Rohini was amongst the first schools to come up in Rohini. It was inaugurated by the late Shri Darbari Lal Ji Organising Secretary DAVCMC in the year 1989 in the presence of office bearers of DAV organization to provide the best education with the ideals of Mahatma Hansraj. It is a co-educational school with an affiliation to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school received the International School Award from the British Council for the second time in 2015. It was for supporting the integration of international learning in the curriculum. It aims to provide the best education to the students of the area in conformity with Mahatma Hansraj's ideals.

DAV Public School is one amongst the 700 educational institutions run under DAV College Managing Committee. Apart from academics, the student participates in various intra and inter-house competition. Sport has always been an essential part of the school curriculum. Regular health checkups by the in-house doctor are conducted. Specialists are also invited for eye, dental and ENT checkups from time to time. The school provides intensive in-service training to teachers to learn to improve and keep pace with the latest education system standards. The students are also associated with SOS villages and NGOs. Visits and excursions are organized for education and entertainment from time to time.
