Admissions for entry level class are usually announced in the first week of January every year for the following session in April. The school takes admission in General Category and reserves 25% seats for the EWS category. General category admission selection is based on Point System of predefined criteria like Distance from school, School Alumnus etc. EWS category admission selection is based on a random draw of lots in the presence of a Government nominee. The availability of the total number of seats varies from year to year.

For these classes, admission is done on merit basis and depends entirely on seat availability.
