Bethany Convent School, Naini Praygraj is a well known and a very prestigious school in Prayagraj. It is a Christian based institution and comes under the aegis of Bethany Educational Society. The society is registered under act xxi of 1860. The school has its main office in Karnataka. All the members of the society are a part of the congregation of the sister of Bethany. It provides schooling from LKG to class 12, and it follows the CBSE curriculum strictly for education.

The school has various areas of education and a pool of activities. Activities for value education and catechism is an essential part of the curriculum. The spiritual development of the individual is of alpha concern. For the overall and holistic development of a child, various clubs are formed for extracurricular activities. 1. Registration for Junior K. G. Class will be open from November as per Principal’s circular letter or a notice displayed on the notice board.
2. Eligibility for admission to Junior K.G. Class is three years and three months on March 31st. It is granted only on submitting concurrently with the Application form, a Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation. In case of higher classes, a transfer certificate from the school last attended is required which should be countersigned by the CBSE Regional Director or any other senior education officer. Admission and assignment to a particular section of the class are for the school authorities. The correct date of birth to be given at the time of admission.
3. Date of birth once registered cannot be altered. The date of birth entered in the admission register at the time of admission to JKG will be considered as the final record, and no change in it will be made under any circumstances.

Admission Policy for Class XI

Admission for class XI will be strictly after the declaration of AISSE board exams result.

1. The right of admission is vested with the Management.
2. The school will generally admit old students who have been in school.
3. Before accepting the students, the school will make serious effort to advise them to take up streams suitable for them depending on their previous performance, through personal contact and counselling and career guidance, which will be organized for the students of Class X.
4. The admission, however, will be barred to those students who are found guilty of breach of conduct, discipline, negligence of studies, such as students whose parents do not attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting or whose report card remains uncollected after examination and those who have been regularly defaulting in doing homework and submitting if for correction.
5. The admission for Class XI will be open for the streams (medical/non-medical/commerce)after the declaration of AISSE result.
