 Pragya Girls School is an academic institution founded in 2001. The inspiration stone was laid by the eminent educationist Mrs Padmanabhan and Mrs Shalini Tai Moghe and it had been inaugurated by the Chief Minister Mr Digvijay Singh in 2002. It's an All Girls, Senior Secondary, Day Cum Residential School. The varsity is affiliated to CBSE Board.

It is fully equipped with all facilities. The college is from Class Nursery to Class XII and offers three subject streams namely Science, Commerce and Humanities in school XI and XII. The source of inspiration for Hi-Tech infrastructure is young and vibrant M.L.A. Shri Satyanarayanji Patel.

EMBLEM

The School emblem depicts an open book with a woman child ahead of a temple, placed on the platform with an aphorism, "Enter for knowledge, exit for service". The open book may be a symbol of information, learning and enlightenment. The temple is the house of information from where the training is dripping out through the nib on a book. These symbolic representations truly help the scholar to march forward from ignorance towards light of wisdom.

Extra efforts during this area are appreciated both by parents and students. In Parent Teacher’s Meet, the request is formed to continue these special classes in future too, both, at Junior and Senior Levels. Yoga and Meditation also are our added attractions.

PREPARING for brand new E-WORLD Training on Multimedia, Computer, IT-Quiz and Games etc. are going to be regular activities for the young ones. Students are made awake to the web, cybercrime, latest software technology and its application in well-equipped computer labs.

LINKS WITH THE MOTHER EARTH: In the race for contemporary life, nature isn't abandoned. A nice garden and playground are provided to the limited ones. Field trips are arranged to numerous places of interest around the city to stay the youngsters in grips with the roots of our culture and heritage.
