Mount Abu Public School (MAPS) is a Senior Secondary school, affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Founded in 1998, currently, it is under the leadership of principal Jyoti Arora. The primary school building is surrounded by a lot of lush greenery, i.e. trees and plants, as the management believes that it gives the students an environment of positivity.

MAPS tries to focus on the individual needs (mental as well as emotional) of each student. A lot of time and energy is invested in developing a community which cares for each other, based upon the embodiment of compassion, acceptance, kindness, and endurance.

At MAPS, a lot of importance is given to academics, and hence, no stone is left unturned in ensuring that the educational infrastructure is up to the mark. It is also one of the few schools in Delhi to have a fully functional Atal Tinkering Lab, which provides a dedicated learning space for students, and also facilitate in increasing their overall creativity. There are also state-of-the-art Science and Computer labs so that students can understand both the theoretical as well as the practical aspects of the concerned subject. This is especially true for students in Science and ICT streams.

For Extracurricular activities, various competitions for dancing, singing and debates are held throughout the academic year. Performing well in a Sport or any other physical activity can boost a child's confidence by many-folds. That is why at MAPS, participation in sports and other field events is encouraged. The admission to Pre-Primary School follows a point-based system with the maximum marks being 100:

• Distance- 85 ( for up to 6 Km), 80 (6 to 8 Km) and 75 (for above 8 Km)
• Sibling- 10 points
• Alumni/Staff- 5 points

Admission in the more senior classes is based on an entrance test. For Class 11th, the admissions are based on the marks obtained in the Class 10th Board Exams.
