• Parents need to collect the admission form from the office of the school
• The name of student, father, mother and guardian will not be changed once filled in the form
• LPS admits boys and girls between the age of 4 to 16
• There is an entrance test for the students of 1 to 12 
• The admission is confirmed based on the result of the entrance test
• Admission of classes LKG and UKG is based on the interview
• The parents should fill the admission form without any mistakes
• The admission form with any error is considered as incomplete and can also be rejected
• The parent should submit the original transfer certificate within 30 days from the date of confirmation of admission
• There is no such refund for the amount paid
• Documents required at the time of admission are transfer certificate, photocopy of the previous class report card, copy of the birth certificate, identity proof and passport size photograph.
