Delhi Public School, shortly known as DPS, is an English medium co-educational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.  The junior campus in Poiya Ghat Road comprises a spacious and colourful building and houses classes from nursery to grade 3. In classes 1 to 3, each section has a maximum student strength of 36. In the nursery, the maximum is 25 children per class, while in kindergarten, the strength of students in each class is 32. 
The senior campus at Shastripuram houses classes IV to XII. The emphasis is on activity-based teaching so that learning becomes a joyful experience.
The school offers a state-of-the-art sports complex with facilities for swimming, cricket, basketball, badminton, hockey, football, volleyball and various athletic disciplines. There is a separate activity block comprising of activity rooms, audiovisual room, music rooms, art and craft room and dance room. A swimming pool, a huge open area, sports complex are other attractions. The school also provides a transportation facility.
