The Mother's International School (MIS) is a senior secondary school founded by Shri Surendra Nath Jauhar "Faquir." MIS was established in 1956 at New Delhi, India. Sri Aurobindo Education Society manages it, an agency of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. The school shares its campus with the New Delhi branch of the Ashram. The school is an English-medium co-educational institution affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. 

MIS is keen on its students learning languages and hence, teaches - English, Hindi, Sanskrit and French. Primary Classes, i.e. Class 1-5 have a distinctive curriculum with professional subjects like Mathematics, Environmental Science, Computer Science, etc. but they also offer extracurriculars like collage work, clay modelling, dance, dramatics, recitation, yoga, etc. The students in the senior secondary classes are subsequently required to choose from the three main streams - Science, Commerce and Humanities.

For admission, an application form is to be filled that will be available both - offline and online.

• Candidate’s passport-size photograph
• Passport-size photographs of both the parents
• Birth Certificate of the Candidate 
• Residence proof of the candidate/both parents/guardian
• Pass certificates from Class X and Class XII of the sibling, if applicable.
• Photocopy of Tuition Fee receipt of sibling studying currently in the school.

Please note: Registration fee of Rs.25/- is to be paid ONLINE using any of the modes of payment (Cash/Cheque/DD will not be accepted). The receipt of the payment has to be submitted during the application process, along with the registration form and documents mentioned above.
