The Heritage School situated at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is an All-Boys day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Founded in 1999, it offers education from Preschool to Senior secondary classes. The School has around 107 teachers and about 835 students. The Heritage school aims to create a safe community where each student is open to grow and realize their full potential by attempting to excel at academia and activities beyond academics.

The school campus includes an airy auditorium, a well-stocked library, well-equipped laboratories for different subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Language, Mathematics and Computer Science along with a multipurpose room in the junior block, customized management software for assessments, multimedia design labs and an engineering graphics design lab.

Moreover, for the Junior School, i.e. nursery to class 3, Mathematics is taught through an innovative approach called “Jodo Gyan”, which is an inspiration of the framework devised by The Freudenthal Institute of Real Mathematics located in the Netherlands. The senior classes 8-12 are supported by an advanced technological infrastructure that promotes learning through the intranet, pod-casting, power-point presentations, AV rooms, interactive boards, CD players, projectors and sessions in the auditoriums.

PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) ADMISSION SESSION

Eligibility for admission is based on the point and lottery system followed by the school. Detailed information can be found on the school website.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Admission to Pre-School is regulated in December or January.

• Children born between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2017 are eligible for admission. 
• All the sections of the registration form should be completed and verified to be processed.
• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee access. 
• The parents are requested to verify and mention the correct Date of Birth as per Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. No change in the Date of Birth is allowed. 
• Full Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Permanent Address & Name of the Parents entered in the form should match the supportive documents. Emergency Contact Details should be mentioned, as well. 
• Please identify one of the parents as the preferred contact for receiving SMS, E-mail notifications or telephonic communication by the School.
• A printed copy of the Registration Form must be signed by both the Parents/Single parent. 
• No document(s) are required to be attached along with the Registration Form. In the case of twins, if the first child gets selected, the second child will automatically get admission. 
• The School does not conduct interviews with the parents of the candidates, but there is an orientation with the parents of the candidates selected for admission. 
• Only one copy of the registration form will be accepted; no change of information in the form will be allowed.  
• A printed copy of the filled form must be submitted at the school reception. 
• A registration fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged at the time of registration which is non-refundable. 
• The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the website and Notice Board.

CLASS 1-10 & CLASS 11

Admission to Class I-10 and Class 11 is subject to vacancy. To know the details, parents are requested to contact the school reception.
