Age Criteria: Nursery 3+, KG 4+ as on 31st March 2020.

The documents needed to be attached with the application form :

1.   One passport size photograph of the child and each parent.
2.   Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Committee/Municipal Corporation.
3.   Residence Proof.
4.   Aadhar Card of both the parents and the child.
5.  Immunization Card.
6.   SC/ST/OBC Certificate(if applicable).
7.   Report Card of the last examination passed (if applicable).
