RBKIA is an IB and IGCSE affiliated school located in Mumbai. The school was established in 2007 under the Babubhai Kanakia Foundation. It was established with the mindset to make the students cooperate with the International community to make this world a better place through a problem assessment and solution method.

Keeping an international education curriculum in mind, it prioritises critical and creative thinking and promotes global literacy. Students are taught to be independent learners who can make the right choices on their own for the benefit of society.

 With the idea of “Moving beyond Textual knowledge”, RBKIA provides meaningful and relevant learning environment by introducing grooming and personality development programmes, outdoor learning, and experiential and cultural exchange programs.

To provide all the facilities RBKIA has a state of the art infrastructure consisting of 4-well-equipped science labs, 2 Computer Science labs and a Math lab, Auditorium, 2 music studios, dance studio, 2 music studios, 2 art studios and a drama studio. Playground comprising of a football field, cricket pitches, skating ring, lawn tennis and basketball court.

For overall development, the school organizes elocution, debates, MUN, dance, music and drama on regular basis. The school has been awarded International School Award 2017-20 for "Outstanding Development of The International Dimension in the Curriculum" by Britsih Council and many others.

1. New students take the ACER Placement Skill based tests for English, Maths and Science, and a
   psychometric test; their records of the past two years are reviewed; 
2. An interview is conducted for the parents and students with the Head of School.
3. Thereafter the parents and student’s meet the coordinator and the college counsellor to understand the various aspects of the program and
   make subjects choices based on their aptitude, their interests and an initial review of their college
   and course preferences.
