Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls Public School, Jaipur

Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School was established by and named after Rajmata Gayatri Devi of Jaipur. It was the first all-girls school to be established in the state of Rajasthan. The school was found on 12th August 1943. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school has over 3000 students from all parts of India, of which 400 are resident on campus, studying from class I to XII. The motto of the school is "Our Utmost for the Highest". The school strives towards excellence in academic and co-curricular spheres of education, grooming young women to discover their potential and contribute to the society as responsible citizens. 

The school campus consists of various buildings, gardens, lawns, sports field, tennis courts, basketball courts, cricket field, a stadium cum auditorium and a swimming pool. The vision of MGD Girls' School stands as "Blend of Values, Knowledge and Quest for Quality and Excellence". 

Admission for Class I :

There is no entrance test for admission to Class I. Admissions are done strictly by draw of lots. 

Admission for other classes :

The number of seats in each class is very limited. Admission to students in other classes will be given subject to the availability of seats. 

Admission to Class XI (boarders only) will be on the basis of entrance test in english, science and mathematics.
