Dr Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation (VSEF) was established in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in the year 1989 in the memory of Late Dr Virendra Swarup, MLC & Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council and a distinguished educationalist.
