Mayo College Ajmer is a boys residential public school in Ajmer, Rajasthan. It is one of the best and oldest boarding schools of India. Here the teacher-student ratio is 1:10. The age criteria for admissions are as follows:

Class 6  8 years-9.5 month 
Class 7 9 years- 10.5 month
Class 8 10 years- 11.5 month
Class 9 11 year- 12.5 month
Class 10 12 year- 13.5 month
Class 11 13 year- 14.5 month
Class 12 14 year- 15.5 month

  • Aadhar card(optional) and passport for international students.
  • Photographs of applicant and parents.

Admission Requirements:

  • The first step is to attend the common aptitude test.
  • The common aptitude test is held on 03 November every year at various centres in India.
  • It can also be arranged overseas by the Indian Embassy.
  • The aptitude analysis evaluates the individual’s in English, Hindi and Mathematics to test the age specified skills in Mathematics and languages.
  • Eligible students are first judged as per their previous class report card and who are registered for admission is allowed to take the Aptitude Analysis.

  • Prospectus: Rs 500/- (School Counter) and Rs 550/- (By Post)
  • Common Aptitude Analysis Paper Set: Rs 100/- (School Counter) per set and Rs 150/- (By Post).

SAARC Countries:

  • Prospectus: Rs 650/- (By Post)
  • Common Aptitude Analysis Paper Set: Rs 175/- (By Post) per set per annum.

Overseas:

Renewal:

Registration Fees:

  • Primary Registration Fees is Rs 16,500/- INR.

  • Additional Registration Fees after June preceding the one in which admission is sought: Rs 2000/-

Important Notice:

The Common Aptitude Analysis is held only for classes up to IX. For entrance to Class XI, admission is on the basis of the Board’s result of Class X. Admission is subject to merit and vacancy. Rarely does a student with less than 85% get admitted. Brothers of present students and kids of old boys are given preference.

Note: International students can come for interaction after informing the school. The new students join in April. Students should come with a transfer certificate as well as a character certificate to the school.
