SAA(Scindia Aptitude Analysis) test registrations for the centre at Gwalior are open till Saturday, 25th January 2020.

Form fee:

The form is available free-of-cost, but after the acceptance of the applicant, a registration fee of INR 15,000 is applicable.

The student should have to appear in any one of the aptitudes tests that are SAA(Scindia school aptitude analysis) or CAA(Common Aptitude Analysis). These tests have their individual fees other than the registration fees. Fees for SAA is INR 6,500 and for CAA is INR 16,500.

Eligibility criteria:

Students looking for admission for classes 6th, 7th and 8th must not be more than 11,12 and 13 years of age. Only exceptionally meritorious students are granted admission in classes 10th and 12th.

Required documents:

  1. Photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the local municipal corporation.
  2. The report card of the previous class.
  3. 3 self-assessed passport size photographs of the applicant.

Note- Applicant can either submit the documents online or post the photocopies directly to the Scindia School.

Procedure:

  1. Fill the admission form online or offline.
  2. If you are filling the form online, upload the form with all the important documents. The documents should also include 3 self-assessed photographs of the individual.
  3. If filling offline, post the form to the school along with the photocopies of the documents.
  4. Aadhar Card in both cases is mandatory except for the residents of J&K, Assam and Meghalaya.
  5. If the form gets accepted, a registration fees of INR 15,000 is to be paid.
  6. Students must give either one of the aptitude tests that is the CAA or SAA. The fee of the individual tests is INR 6,500 for SAA and INR 16,500 for CAA.
  7. Registration fee is not refundable and is valid for any two consecutive assessments. Applicant can pay the registration fee though net banking, credit card or by a bank draft drawn in favour of “Principle, The Scindia School”.

Admission test:

  1. For admission, passing the CAA test or SAA test are mandatory.
  2. The syllabus of the tests comprises of Mathematics, English, Hindi and General Awareness.
  3. CAA is conducted every year on the third Saturday of November.
  4. SAA is conducted in January or February of every year. Students who wish to take this exam at Gwalior itself can do an on the spot registration. Registration money is accepted through credit card or debit card besides the cheque.
  5. Centres for aptitude assessments: Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Lucknow and Gwalior.

When do I have to send/upload the following docs:

Photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the local municipal corporation.
