Submission Dates:

Forms are to be filled and submitted online till admissions are open.

The preferred ages for different classes are as follows

Required Documents:

1. Child’s Passport Picture*(Mandatory)

2. Child’s Transfer Certificate

3. Child’s Previous Report Card

4. Child’s Birth Certificate

5. Father’s Passport Picture

6. Mother’s Passport Picture

Applications which do not contain the above documents shall be rejected.

Online Procedure:

Step 1: Visit https://uniformapp.in/apply.php?school=13 and create your account by entering your mobile number.

Step 2: You will receive an OTP for account verification. Verify your account.

Step 3: Mention Class for which admission is sought, Enter your email and Pay the admission form fees.

Step 4: Carefully and correctly fill the admission form online.

Step 5: Once you have filled all the details, upload the required documents.

Step 6: Submit the admission form.

Step 7: You will receive an SMS once the school schedules a interview or an entrance exam.

Step 8: Appear for test/interview on given date

Step 9: If child clears the Entrance Exam, another SMS will be sent.

Step 10: Deposit Admission Fee within a week.

Step 11: Remaining fee to be submitted in February along with Admission Form, Report Card, Transfer Certificate/Birth (Collect Admission Slip from Reception)

Offline Procedure:

Step 1: Buy Admission Form and Prospectus from Reception

Step 2: Tear the Registration Form and submit it after it is filled.

Step 3: Appear for Entrance Test/Interview on allotted date.

Step 4: Submit Admission Fee within a week after results are declared.

Step 5: Remaining Fee to be paid in bank or in February.

Step 6: Submit Admission Form, Transfer Certificate/Birth Certificate and Collect Admission Slip from Reception

Tips: It is recommended that you apply to other schools as well due to the number of seats at Jagran Public School, Lucknow being limited.
