Assisi Convent School is a Private school located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is commonly known as ACS.

It is an English medium co-educational institution open to children of all communities from LKG to Class 12th. It follows the Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE syllabus, Allahabad and the medium of instruction is English.

The institution was established in 1987 by the Nuns of the Franciscan Clarist Congregation engaged in the apostolate of Education under Noida Assisi Sekchik Sanstha's administration of the San Damiano Province of FCC, a registered charitable education society. The date of the first opening of the school was on 25 March 1999.

The school also has on its campus, Asha Sadan, a rehabilitation house started by Prison Ministry India, in initial collaboration with Kiran Bedi, for children of people in prison, unable to take care of them.

The library is in the school itself and was built later with the auditorium. The school has more than 15.5 thousand items and comprehensive computer resources for the study of science. There are various labs and resources provided to the students.

Achievements

• The school won the NS Championship in 2017 held at NS Cricket ground, Sector 127, Noida.
• The school won the First Talent Hunt Under-12 Cricket Tournament in 2017 held at The Wisdom Tree School, Greater Noida.
• The school also participated in the World Earth Day Celebrations - 'Harmonica-2017'. Vishwa Bharati Public School organised it.
