Army Public School, located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh is one of the most organized institutions in India. It started its journey in the year 1992 governed by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). They had their affiliation to CBSE in the year 2013. 

The institution houses around 2,400 students, with almost 100% pass ratio. The mission of the organization is to instil global education so that the students become self-reliant, diversified individuals. Here academic excellence and discipline define Army Public School. Students need to undergo an entrance test for admission from class I to IX. The entrance is based on the preceding annual exam depending on which class the candidate opts for admission. The admission procedure begins in January and ends in May.
