Walsingham House School, Mumbai

Walsingham House School is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra on Lady Jagmohandas Road. It is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE) board. It works according to this board. This school is complete girls based school, and it is of senior-level which offers classes from nursery to 10th standard. It serves English as it's medium of instruction. 

Mrs Tree founded this school in 1940 with a handful of teachers and students. It was established to inherit students with a moralistic and holistic education. Today it has the roll of about 1500 students with almost 110 teaching staff. The main objective of Walsingham school is to feed students with harmony, love, knowledge, peace, skills and understanding. 

The school has three campuses: Kindergarten campus, junior section and senior section. It is well developed and caters best of it's services and facilities to the girls studying over here. This school is well equipped with an organised library loaded with tonnes of books, novel and journals. It has chemistry lab,  physics lab, biology lab, playfield, hygienic sanitation facilities, counselling sell, research room, health and medical checkup, dance room, music room, maths lab and computer room. 

It believes that sports and games also play a vital role in an individual's life. Some of them are basketball,  volleyball, badminton and table tennis. It organises extracurricular activities for all the girls studying here to enhance their mental and physical well being and also to ensure that they are developing their personality self-growth. This school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities which are karate, dance, yoga, debate, drama and acting, story writing and storytelling. This school wants every single girl to participate in all these activities and develop self-confidence and represent their school at district, state and national level.  

• Admission procedure takes place from November and ends in January.
• There is a written examination based on which the admission is granted.
• Documents required are a birth certificate, transfer certificate, migration, passport size photograph, aadhar card and health certificate.
